Live Updates: Fall Nationals at Smoky Mountain(8-16-19)

InsideDirtRacing.com will be providing live updates from the Schaeffer’s Oil Fall Nationals sanctioned event at Smoky Mountain Speedway in Maryville, TN on Friday evening, August 16, 2019. The updates will be provided by Richard Allen(@RichardAllenIDR on Twitter and @RichardAllenIDR on Instagram).

These updates are brought to you by Smoky Mountain Speedway in Maryville, Tenn. The next event coming to SMS will be the Southern All Stars sanctioned ‘King of the Mountain Classic’.

Classes in action: Southern Nationals for $4,000-to-win as well as Durrence Layne Crate Late Models for $2,000-to-win along with Limited Late Models and Sportsman Late Models.

*Please Note: These updates will focus solely on the Fall Nationals and the Durence Layne Crate Late Models. 

General Information:

Weather is expected to be warm with no chance for rain.

The drivers meeting is slated for 6:35pm with hot laps to follow soon afterward.

This will be the first race ever run under the Fall Nationals banner.
