Feature Re-cap: When the 40-lap feature took the green flag it was Moyer who would bolt to the early lead with Erb, Pierce, Heckenast and Klein in his tire tracks. Heckenast wrested third away from Pierce on the second circuit as Babb also jumped into the top-5 during the early going.

Moyer built a lead of several car lengths until slower traffic came into play on lap 7 which allowed Erb the close the gap. A lap 10 caution slowed the pace and bunched the field.

On the restart, Heckenast challenged Erb for the runner-up spot while Pierce and Babb fought over the fourth position. Shirley took advantage of that battle as he too got by Pierce to make his way into the top-5.

Multiple incidents on attempted restarts following a lap 13 caution resulted in damage to the cars of Martin, Bauer and Unzicker.

Moyer continued to lead Erb once the racing action resumed while Heckenast, Shirley and Pierce battled for positions 3-5.

Erb continued his harassment of Moyer during the middle stages of the race until he pounced on an opening on lap 27 and passed by the No. 21 to grab the race lead. At the same time, Feger began a rise into the top-5 that would eventually lead him to fourth.

But in the end, it was WoO points leader Erb who would take the checkered flag on the first of two nights at I-55.
