Feature Re-cap: When the 50-lap feature took the green flag, Owens jetted to the race lead ahead of a three-wide fight between Pierce, Madden and Davenport for second. Pierce moved up and took a peek to the inside of Owens on the second circuit but the No. 20 car held the lead.

By lap 8, the top-4 of Owens, Pierce, Madden and Davenport began to separate from the pack.

That same top-4 engaged in a fierce fight for the top spot on lap 14 with each working to get around the other on the top and bottom of the track. Ultimately, Pierce would emerge with the race lead on lap 16 with Davenport, Owens and Madden right on his rear spoiler.

Madden began to rise on lap 22 when he passed by Davenport to take the runner-up position. Just past the halfway mark of the race, Madden would get by Pierce to take the race lead. Briefly, it looked as if Madden might be set to take command of the race but with 10 laps remaining, Pierce closed back in and took a brief look under the leader but to no avail.

In the end, it would be Madden who would add another lucrative victory to his record for 2022 in a race that ran caution free. It was his fifth XR Super Series win of the season.
