Originally, it had been planned for the points earned by drivers in Thursday’s ‘Cowboy Classic’ and Friday’s ‘Don & Billie Gibson Tribute’ at the Lucas Oil Speedway to set the top-18 on the starting grid for the Show-me 100 as well as the B-main races that will determine the remainder of the lineup for the $50,000-to-win race. However, rain prevented any action from taking place on Thursday at the Wheatland, Missouri facility which left the Gibson Tribute race as the sole determinant for those starting positions in the main event.
Johnny Scott outdueled Jonathan Davenport on Friday night to take the win in that $6,000-to-win affair and to earn the pole position for the Show-me 100. All other starters are listed below:
Hudson O’Neal won this race in 2021.
The Show-me 100 at the Lucas Oil Speedway will be aired live by MavTV and MavTV Plus.
