According to a Facebook post by Loudon, TN racer Matt Henderson, he and his McCarter Brothers Racing team have parted ways.
In part, the Facebook post read- “Matt Henderson and members of McCarter Brothers Racing met late Friday afternoon and have come to the decision that their 2014 goals and plans do not align. Matt Henderson and McCarter Brother Racing have decided to part ways.”
The post went on to say that Henderson will reform his Matt Henderson Racing team with crew chief Brad Best and crew member Ike Ikner and that a new CVR Race Car is on order.
No comment was offered by McCarter Brothers Racing.
The partnership between the two entities was formed last year. It was announced shortly thereafter that McCarter Brothers Racing would become an exclusive dealer of CVR Race Cars. No information as to that alignment was provided.
