These updates are brought to you by Smoky Mountain Speedway in Maryville, Tenn. The next event will be the Smoky Mountain Summer Showdown featuring the American Pro Late Model All Star Series in a $10,000-to-win feature race on Saturday, August 7, 2021.

General Information:

Weather Forecast: Daytime high in the 80s with nighttime lows dropping into the 60s with the possibility of scattered showers.

Drivers Meeting: 6:30pm. Drivers meeting has been pushed back to 7:00pm.

Feature Payout: $4,053-to-win. 40 laps

Track Description: Third-mile mile clay oval with banked turns.

Other Classes: Sportsman, B-Sportsman, B-Hobby, Front Wheel Drive

Pre-race Notes: Josh Rice won the Southern Nationals opener on Friday night at Beckley Motorsports Park.

The races slated to be second(Wythe) and third(Volunteer) on the schedule were rained out. The Volunteer race was rescheduled for August 1st.
