These updates are brought to you by Smoky Mountain Speedway in Maryville, Tenn. The next event coming to SMS will be the ‘Mountain Moonshine Classic’ for the Iron-Man Late Model Series, the Durrence-Layne Crate Late Models, and the Iron-Man Modifieds on June 29, 2019.
Classes in action: Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series for $15,000-to-win(60 laps) as well as the Limited Late Models and Sportsman Late Models.

General Information:
Weather is expected to be warm with little to no chance for rain.
The drivers meeting is slated for 7:00pm with hot laps to follow soon afterward.
This is the third of a three-race weekend for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series. Kyle Bronson won on Thursday night at Fayetteville(NC) Motor Speedway and Mike Marlar scored the victory on Friday night at Cherokee Speedway in Gaffney, SC.
Jonathan Davenport leads the LOLMDS standings ahead of Tyler Erb, Earl Pearson, Jr., Josh Richards, Devin Moran, Tim McCreadie, Jimmy Owens, Hudson O’Neal, Kyle Bronson, and Don O’Neal.

8:05- Hot laps for all classes have concluded. Qualifying coming up soon.

*After contact between Davenport and Clanton up front on the first lap chain reaction resulted in a hard crash between D O’Neal and Winkle. Both drivers appeared to be ok. Clanton pulled off after the contact with Davenport.
