*These updates will focus primarily on the Super Late Models with other updates dependent on timing of the event.

General Information: Hot laps for all classes are scheduled to begin at 4:00pm.

Weather is expected to be dry and cool.

4:00- Drivers meeting has concluded and hot laps about to begin.

Iron-Man Super Late Models

Car Count: 34 cars

*Mike Marlar (in the CJ Rayburn house car), Jackie Boggs, Eddie Carrier, Jr., Kent Robinson, Tommy Bailey, Jason Welshan, Dakotah Knuckles among those here.

Qualifying Results: No one will be locked via qualifying. Everyone will heat race.

Group A Results- 1. Victor Lee(12.137… new track record), 2. Eddie Carrier, Jr., 3. Kent Robinson, 4. Michael Chilton, 5. Dakotah Knuckles, 6. Mike Marlar, 7. Steve Stallings, 8. Greg Johnson, 9. Jeff Neubert, 10. Jeff Watson, 11. Bob Gardner, 12. Bill Sheets

Heat Race Results: There will be four heats transferring the top-4 from each to the feature.

Heat 1 Finish- 1. Kent Robinson, 2. Dakotah Knuckles, 3. Steve Stallings, 4. Jeff Neubert

*Robinson led all the way. Overall fast qualifier Victor Lee dropped out on lap 4 with mechanical trouble. Neubert passed Bob Gardner on the last lap for the final transfer spot.

Heat 2 Finish- 1. Michael Chilton, 2. Eddie Carrier, Jr., 3. Mike Marlar, 4. Greg Johnson

*Chilton led all the way. Both of the first two heats were won by the outside front row starters.

Heat 3 Finish- 1. Tyler Carpenter, 2. Freddie Carpenter, 3. Brandon Fouts, 4. Caleb Ashby

*Carpenter won from the pole. Ashby took fourth with three laps to go.

Heat 4 Finish- 1. Jackie Boggs, 2. Jason Welshan, 3. Tripp Gerrald, 4. Skylar Marlar

*Welshan led early but Boggs moved around at the halfway mark.

B-main Results: There will be two B-mains with the top-2 from each transferring to the feature.

B-main 1 Finish- 1. Jeff Watson, 2. Bob Gardner

B-main 2 Finish- 1. Tommy Bailey, 2. Cody Mahoney

8:27- Feature rolling out. 40 laps for $5,000.

8:38- Four wide!

8:40- Green flag!

Crash on initial start. Knuckles, Chilton, M Marlar, B Smith, S Smith, Johnson among those involved in some way. Looks like no major damage.

Lap 5 caution for T Carpenter slow on track. Robinson leads Boggs, Chilton, F Carpenter, Welshan, Carrier

Lap 5 red flag. Steve Smith flipped in turn 3 and the car came to rest on its top. Driver reported to be ok.

9:01- Red flag lifted. About to resume. Boggs had passed Robinson but the red flag negated the move. Robinson leads Boggs, Chilton, F Carpenter.

Lap 18(approximately) caution. Robinson crashed on back stretch. Boggs had passed him for the lead two laps earlier. Boggs leads Chilton, Carrier, F Carpenter, Fouts, S Marlar.

Caution. Lap 36. Boggs leads Chilton, S Marlar, M Marlar, C Ashby, Fouts, Bailey. The Marlar brothers were putting on quite a show for 3rd with sliders and crossovers.

Brucebilt Modifieds

Car Count: 32 cars

Qualifying Results: 1. Shon Flanary, 2. Peyton Harlow, 3. Blake Brown, 4. Jimmy Payne, 5. Tyler Nicely, 6. Jimmy Robinson

Those six drivers will make up the front row starters in the three heat races.

Jimmy Payne, Tyler Nicely and Blake Brown were the heat race winners.
