Pre-race Notes: This is the 10th annual Scott Sexton Memorial named for the Pigeon Forge, Tennessee racing great who passed away in 2013 after a prolonged battle with illness.
Previous Sexton Memorial winners include Jimmy Owens, Dale McDowell, Mike Marlar, Ricky Weiss, Ray Cook and Chris Madden.
Eli Beets has won the last two Iron-Man Late Model Series events, both at Kentucky’s Lake Cumberland Speedway, including Sunday night.
