Feature Re-cap: The 25-lap feature began with Pierce leading Wilson, Davenport, Hughes and Moran. Wilson grabbed the lead away from Pierce on lap 2 while Overton moved to fourth one lap later.

Davenport wrested the runner-up spot away from Pierce on lap 4 the Pierce regained that position on lap 5 as Moran re-entered the top-5. But the action would be briefly stalled when the car of Shane Clanton jumped the wall and exited the track. The driver of the No. 25 was uninjured.

On the restart, Moran jumped to third while Pierce moved up to challenge Wilson even throwing a slider to take the lead but a caution for the slowing car of Chad Simpson. Under the caution, Wilson pulled to the pit area with a flat tire.

The order on lap 11 was Pierce leading Moran, Davenport Sheppard and Hughes. But on the restart, Pierce pulled into the pit area with mechanical issues likely related to wall contact from his slide job on Wilson. Moran then inherited the lead.

On the restart, Davenport found himself three-wide with Madden and Sheppard. McCreadie also began to rise as he burst into fourth. Moran began to check out as a hornet’s nest of activity was going on behind him.

Davenport and Sheppard fought over the second spot while McCreadie and Erb battled for fourth as the laps clicked away.

But in the end, it was Moran who would claim the victory.
