Cleveland Speedway will reopen later this season. Chad Elliott posted on his Facebook page that he and two others will be running and promoting Cleveland Speedway with an agreement from new owner Al Chapman. The group is currently doing improvements to the grandstand seating, restrooms, and other areas. Elliott also posted Cleveland Speedway will race on Friday nights when the track reopens.
