TAZEWELL, TN (September 22, 2015)—Tazewell Speedway will return to action this Saturday Evening September 26th with Champions Night and the Buster Cupp Memorial for the Super Stocks.
The Tazewell Late Models, Late Model Sportsman, Super Stocks (Fall Brawl rules), Classics and Four Cylinders will all be on the racing card this Saturday Night. The top-five in each division plus the top-3 in the Classic division will be honored this Saturday Night.
At Tazewell Speedway on Saturday Night September 26th, the pit gates will open at 4:00 pm and the grandstand gates will open at 5:00 pm. The driver’s meeting will be at 6:15 pm and wheel packing will begin at 6:45 along with Hot Laps at around 7:15 pm. Adult general admission is $10.00 with Adult Pit Passes being $25.00.
Also, race fans make plans now to attend the annual ‘Fall Brawl’ on Saturday Night October 3rd as the Tennessee Dirt Limited Late Model Championship will pay $5,050-to-win and $250-to-start. The 5th Annual Chris Collinsworth Memorial for the Super Stocks will pay $1,000-to-win and $100-to-start. The East Tennessee Sportsman Championship race will pay $1,000-to-win and $100-to-start. These three class winners will be crowned the ‘Fall Brawl’ Champions next Saturday Night.
September 6th winners at Tazewell Speedway included Chad Ogle of Sevierville, Tenn. in the Southern Nationals Bonus Series Super Late Models, Shon Flanary of Church Hill, Tenn. in the Iron-Man Speed Week Open Wheel Modified feature race, Gary Blanken of Morristown, Tenn. in the Late Model Sportsman feature event and Eddie Stewart of Manchester, Ky. in the Super Stock feature race.
