Chris Madden earned $20,000 at Gondik Law
The second night of the XR Superior Showcase at Gondik Law Speedway night not exactly produce a major surprise as the XR Super Series points leader and winningest driver claimed his sixth series win of the season. Chris Madden took the lead after an early fight with Brandon Overton then sailed on to the victory.
The Rocket Chassis driver from Gray Court, SC earned $20,000 for his win at the 4/10 mile track located in Superior, Wisconsin in a race shown live by raceXR.plus.
A total of 34 cars were signed in for competition

Feature Re-cap: When the 40-lap feature got underway, Madden went to the early lead with Overton, Strickler and Clanton trailing. Overton immediately began to challenge for the top spot and would eventually go to the lead on lap 3 while Clanton took third from Strickler. Further back, Davenport entered the top-5.
Madden regained the lead on lap 6 as Davenport began to harass Strickler for fourth. The top-3 of Madden, Overton and Clanton pulled away from the rest of the field at the quarter mark of the race.
Clanton took second from Overton on lap 11 as Madden began to slip away as slower traffic came into play. Davenport moved around Strickler for fourth with Weiss closing in on Strickler to fight for sixth. Clanton closed in on Madden in traffic as the event approached the halfway mark.
Madden continued to maintain control over the second half of the feature with Clanton remaining a few car lengths back in a race that would ultimately run caution free on a slick and smooth racing surface.
