Spring and Southern Nationals Series add over $15,000 in bonuses for 2015 season

BRASSTOWN, NC (March 9, 2015)-Promoter Ray Cook of the Old Man’s Garage Spring Nationals Series, the Schaeffer’s Oil Southern Nationals Series and the Southern Nationals Bonus Series presented by Collins Signs would like to announce added bonus money on the line for CT525 and Steel Head/SPEC engines.

 

During all 36 points races for each of the three tours, the highest finishing CT525 engine Late Model will receive a $200 cash bonus at each event. In addition, the highest finishing Steel Head/SPEC engine in each main event will receive a $200 cash bonus at each event. That’s an additional $15,000+ in bonuses throughout the season that go with the purse structures each night to the drivers with those engine packages.

 

After all 36 races are complete, the driver that has the most “top” finishes with a CT525 powered engine will receive a $500 bonus. Also, the driver that has the most “top” finishes with a Steel Head/SPEC engine will receive a $500 bonus at the end of the season.

The 2015 Old Man’s Garage Spring Nationals Series presented by Schaeffer’s Oil will kick-off its third season of action on Friday and Saturday March 13-14 at the Smoky Mountain Speedway in Maryville, Tenn. as part of the Second Annual “Tennessee Tipoff Classic” weekend paying $5,000-to-win on Friday Night March 13th and $10,000-to-win on Saturday Night March 14th.
