Rich’s Ramblings: The Dirt Late Model economic model is changing

A full grandstand is not the only measure of success for a racing event

From time to time I plan to drop in a brief recording to offer a few thoughts. I plan to make most of these on the way to or from a race track on some topic that may be of interest but not necessarily for a written story.

This offering of Rich’s Ramblings will focus on the paradigm shift that is currently going on in racing regarding the change in the sport’s economic model. Of course, filling the grandstands of a dirt track is important, but now, selling subscriptions to online viewers has become as important for the health of the sport.
