Tim McCreadie(39) & Jonathan Davenport(49) are former winners of the Silver Dollar Nationals
The 13th annual Silver Dollar Nationals will be held on Saturday at Huset’s Speedway in Brandon, South Dakota. After being contested at Nebraska’s I-80 Speedway until last year, the event had to be moved due to that track’s closure.
The Silver Dollar Nationals uses a ‘Passing Points’ system to determine the top-16 of the starting lineup for the $53,000-to-win feature race as well as for the B-main races that will set the remainder of the field for that race. Heat races had been scheduled for Friday evening but had to be moved to Saturday afternoon due to weather.
The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series-sanctioned main event will take place on Saturday night and will be aired live by FloRacing.com.
