These updates are brought to you by Smoky Mountain Speedway in Maryville, Tenn. The next event coming to SMS will be the Schaeffer’s Oil Fall Nationals on August 16, 2019.

Classes in action: Southern Nationals for $10,053-to-win(53 laps) as well as other classes.

General Information:

Weather is expected to be warm and clear.

The drivers meeting is slated for 7:00pm with hot laps to follow soon afterward.

This is the 2019 Southern Nationals finale.

Brandon Overton holds a narrow lead in the series standings over Jake Knowles for the SoNats title.

Brandon Overton has won three SoNats features while Trent Ivey, Ross Bailes, Jake Knowles, Dale McDowell and Austin Horton have scored one win each.
