Heat Race Results: There will be four heat races with the top-4 from each transferring to the feature.

Heat 1 Finish- 1. Hill, 2. Vosbergen, 3. Frame, 4. Doherty
*Contact between Vosbergen and Weiss on lap 1 sent Weiss spinning. Hill and Ellis were collected. Heavy damage to Weiss, Hill and Ellis. Hill was able to continue with a damaged nose piece.
Heat 2 Lineup- 1. Marlar, 2. Brown, 3. McCarter, 4. Boles, 5. Ligon, 6. Mayfield, 7. D Smith
Heat 2 Finish – 1. Brown, 2. Marlar, 3. Boles, 4. Ligon
*Brown took the lead on the start and led all the way.
Heat 3 Lineup – 1. Arthur, 2. Tweed, 3. Buckingham, 4. B Ogle, 5. C Ogle, 6. Rucker, 7. Horton

*Arthur led all the way. Very good battle between Buckingham and B Ogle for second.

*Hedgecock led all the way. White spun on the initial start and had to restart from the rear but made his way back to second.

*Crabtree led all the way while McIntosh moved up from fourth start spot.

Lap 7 caution. Crabtree got the jump on the start and leads McIntosh, Gilpin, Hill, Brown, Moses, Arthur, Vosbergen, Buckingham, Hedgecock
Lap 12 caution for flat tire on Tweed. Crabtree still leads but McIntosh began trying a higher line in the corners and looked as if he was gaining. Gilpin, Hill and Brown follow the top-2.
Lap 16 caution for huge cloud of smoke from B Ogle. Crabtree leads but Gilpin and Brown moved around McIntosh on the last restart. Hill is 5th followed by Buckingham, Marlar, Arthur, Vosbergen and Hedgecock
Caution on the restart as Tweed, Ownbey and Horton tangle.
Lap 17 caution for spin by White. Still Crabtree, Gilpin, Brown, McIntosh, Hill.
