General Information: This race will serve as the season opener for the Southern All Stars Dirt Racing Series.
Weather is expected to be good with temperatures in the lower 70s and little chance of rain.
1:00- Drivers being called to the drivers meeting.
1:45- Hot laps for all classes underway.
2:25- Super Late Model qualifying about to begin.

*Davenport made fairly significant wall contact on his first qualifying lap.
Heat Race Results: There will be four heat races with the top-4 from each transferring to the feature.

Heat 1 Finish- 1. Marlar, 2. Welshan, 3. O’Neal, 4. Ferguson
Marlar led all the way. O’Neal and Hamm got together and spun on lap 2 but O’Neal was able to drive back up to third.
Heat 2 Lineup- 1. Madden, 2. Lanigan, 3. Overton, 4. Roberts, 5. C Smith, 6. Langley, 7. Collins, 8. Conner, 9. Taylor
Heat 2 Finish- 1. Overton, 2. Lanigan, 3. Madden, 4. C Smith
*Madden and Lanigan slipped up in turn 3 while racing each other for the lead on lap 2. That allowed Overton to get by both.

*After a couple of side-by-side laps, Williams took the lead over Pursley and drove on to the win.

*It took multiple attempts to get that going. Once it went green, Bailes led all the way.

Lap 8 caution. Marlar took the early lead. Overton now second after passing Williams on lap 2. Williams is third followed by Bailes, Lanigan, Welshan, Davenport, Madden, O’Neal
Lap 10 caution for car stopped on track. Marlar still leads Overton but Bailes is now third ahead of Williams, Davenport, Lanigan, O’Neal, Welshan, Madden.
Lap 22 caution for a car stopped on track. Marlar continues to lead but Overton is applying pressure. Bailes, Williams, Davenport, Lanigan, O’Neal, Madden follow.
Lap 25 caution as Sealy goes for a wild ride on the front stretch. Marlar still leads Overton, Bailes, Williams, Davenport, Lanigan, O’Neal, Madden, Ferguson, Welshan, Pursley.
Lap 34 caution. Bailes made a big move on the last restart to get around both Overton and Marlar. Bailes leads Marlar, Overton, Davenport, Williams, Lanigan, Madden, Ferguson, O’Neal, Roberts, Franklin, Welshan
Lap 52 caution for Ferguson. Overton had just passed Bailes for the lead but the lap didn’t get scored. Bailes leads Overton, Marlar, Davenport, Madden
Marlar took second back on the final restart. Davenport got around Overton for third with three to go.
