Live Updates: Hangover SLM at 411 Motor Speedway(1-2-21)

InsideDirtRacing.com will be providing live updates from the $5,000-to-win ‘Hangover’ Iron-Man Late Model Series-officiated event at 411 Motor Speedway Speedway in Seymour, TN on Saturday, January 2, 2021. These updates are brought to you by Smoky Mountain Speedway in Maryville, Tenn. The 2020 season has concluded at Smoky Mountain. Look for information coming soon regarding the track’s exciting plans for 2021.

General Information:

Weather is expected to be cool with little to no chance for rain.

Drivers meeting is slated for 11:00am.

The Super Late Model feature will be 50 laps paying $5,000-to-win.

This is the 11th edition of the Hangover.

Donald McIntosh is a four-time winner of this event, including last year’s running.

Drivers meeting has been pushed back to 11:30.

11:30- Drivers meeting underway.

11:50- Hot laps underway for all classes.

12:50- Hot laps being delayed following a wild crash involving Riley Hickman (See attached tweet below). He emerged from the car under his own power.

1:05- Hot laps resuming follow track repair in the area where Hickman flipped.
