Time:
Drivers meeting is set for 7:30 with cars slated to hit the track around 7:45.
Weather:
Weather is expected to be cloudy with nighttime lows in the upper 40s.
General Information:
Multiple drivers who had planned on racing tonight at Smoky Mountain have changed plans and are headed to ‘The Gap’.
7:15- The big truck is out rolling the track in.
7:20- Drivers being called to drivers meeting.
Order of events:
Qualifying- Crate LM will go first followed by Limited LM and Modified Hobby. All will get 2 laps.
Features- Crate LM(30 laps) will go first followed by Limited LM(40 laps) and Modified Hobby(25 laps).
7:35- Drivers meeting over. Cars about to roll on track.
8:15- Track packing is complete.

10:22- Green flag!
Lap 4 caution for several cars slowing on track, including Welshan. Hedgecock leads Mays, Lowe, Sise, Manley, Ford, A White, Cardwell, Tweed.
Welshan changing a tire. He’s back out.
Lap 9 caution for Ford stopped on track and spin by Cameron. Hedgecock continues to lead over Mays and Lowe.
Sprinkles of rain have started to fall.
Lap 10 caution for Long. Still Hedgecock out front.
Lap 18 caution for Shelton. Hedgecock leads Lowe, Sise, Mays, Manley.
Lap 23 caution for debris. During that green run Lowe was all over Hedgecock for the lead.
Feature finish: 1. Cory Hedgecock, 2. Sise, 3. Lowe, 4. Mays, 5. Manley, 6. Cardwell, 7. Tweed.
Got pretty wild at the end with cars behind the leader really shuffling.

8:25- Hot laps over. Joey Tweed having some mechanical issues.
8:50- Time to qualify.

9:45- Feature rolling out.

Lap 8 caution for heavy smoke from Maupin. He had just passed Henderson for 4th. Welshan had a big lead over Moore at time of yellow.
Lap 22 caution for spin by 3rd running Dennis. Welshan still leads but slower traffic had definitely made the race more interesting as Moore and Dennis had closed up on the leader. The Fultz car dropped some fluid on the track under the caution.
Lap 23 caution for McMahan stopped on track. Still Welshan, Moore, Henderson, Trent and Dennis.
Feature finish: 1. Jason Welshan, 2. Moore, 3. Henderson, 4. Trent, 5. Dennis, 6. Crittenden, 7. Byrd, 8. McMahan.
Henderson’s car erupted into a huge cloud of smoke just after the finish.
