Time:
Drivers meeting is set for 6:30 with cars slated to hit the track around 6:45.
Weather:
Weather is expected to be very warm with virtually no chance of rain.
General Information:
This is the Iron Man Classic promoted by Chris Tilley’s CT Promotions. There is a bonus for the highest finishing driver from Kentucky since the earliest Iron Man Classic races were staged in that state.
6:35- Drivers meeting underway.
7:15- Cars out assisting to pack the track.
7:55- Hot laps are underway.
8:40- All hot laps are completed. Limited LM qualifying about to begin.
Due to the delay in track preparation, there will be no heat races in either Late Model class. Cars will simply qualify and race.

Officials have decided to break the field into two groups for qualifying. Group A will earn the inside of each row on the grid while Group B will take the outside rows.
Feature Notes:
10:25- Cars being lined up on the front stretch.
10:38- Green flag for 40 laps!
Lap 1 caution for Brian Smith into turn one wall. Madden to the early lead. The 44 has sheet metal damage to the right rear after contact from Jacobsen in turn two on first lap. Boles is 2nd followed by Arp, Jacobsen and Weaver.
Lap 6 caution for Russell slow on track. Top-6 of Madden, Boles, Arp, Jacobsen, Weaver and Cook had separated themselves from the pack.
Now Boles pulls off track with smoke.
Lap 19 caution for Wilson. Madden had been pulling away from Arp. Good battle for 3rd. Weaver just moved around Jacobsen with Cook right on them.
Lap 26 caution as 4th running Jacobsen slows. Madden leads Arp, Weaver and Cook.
Feature Finish: 1. Madden, 2. Weaver, 3. Arp, 4. Cook, 5. Knowles, 6. Kerr, 7. Hill, 8. C Ogle, 9. Wolfenbarger, 10. B Ogle
Weaver got to 2nd when he passed Arp on lap 33 but Madden was well ahead by that time.

4th starting Ray Cook pulls off track before start of the feature.
11:15- Green flag for 25 laps!
Misfire on the initial start causes four cars at midpack to spin.
Lap 5 caution. Kennedy leads Knuckles, Hedgecock, Sise, A White and Ogle.
Lap 12 caution as Ashley goes up in smoke. Hedgecock passed Knuckles for 2nd on the lap 5 restart then got around Kennedy for the lead on lap 9 after Kennedy bobbled in traffic.
Feature Finish: 1. Hedgecock, 2. Kennedy, 3. Sise, 4. Ogle, 5. Henderson, 6. Knuckles, 7. Perry, 8. Shannon, 9. Ganttee, 10. Kerr.

McLemore led all the way in this caution free race. There was good racing between the other cars within the top-5.
