Classes in action:
Southern All Stars Super Late Models for $5,000-to-win(50 laps).
Limited Late Models for $1,500-to-win(35 laps).
Crate Late Models for $1,200-to-win(30 laps).
A-Hobby for $400-to-win(25 laps).
B-Hobby for $300-to-win(20 laps).
Pony for $200-to-win(20 laps).

General Information:
‘The Gobbler’ has been a long standing event at Cleveland Speedway but looked to be in jeopardy earlier this year with the track’s future in doubt. For that reason, Boyd’s Speedway assumed the event. Now it is being run as a two-day affair with Boyd’s hosting the Saturday night portion tomorrow night.

Lap 6 caution for a spin at the tail. McIntosh took the lead at the start and still holds it over Ames, Clanton, Marlar, Ellis, Welshan, Hill and Hedgecock
Lap 18 caution. Two cars got together right in front of McIntosh and he made a great move to avoid. McIntosh leads Ames, Clanton, Marlar, Hill. Clanton and Marlar trying different lines on the track but can’t move up.
Lap 35 caution for Payne stopped on track. McIntosh has been able to pull away on each restart. Clanton, Ames, Marlar, Hill, Hickman and Robinson follow.
McIntosh was dominant throughout. It was tight behind him.

On the restart, Pritchard crashed hard into the turn one wall. Gifford still leads over Wilson, Hernandez.
Lap 18- Gifford dominating
Lap 20 caution for 5th running Mason stopped on track. Gifford had lead of more than a straight over Hernandez, Wilson, Miller.

Pileup in turn one on the start. Welshan, Burroughs and Skinner among those involved. Looked as if Welshan got sideways on the outside and everyone behind him had no where to go.
There will be a complete restart. Welshan has damage but will continue.
Lap 9 caution for Rhodes. Horton had big lead over Grizzle and Skinner. Welshan’s car would not turn on the second start and he banged the wall. He is now out.
Lap 13 caution for Dallenbach. Horton still leads over Grizzle, Skinner, Owens and Hedgecock.
Horton drove away after the final restart.
