General Information:
Limited Late Models will be making one of their few appearances of 2014 at the track.
The track employs double features for one of its classes each week. Tonight it will be the NeSmith Crate Late Models that will double up with each winner receiving $500. The Crate LMs will take two laps in qualifying with their first lap setting the field for the first feature and the second lap setting the feature lineup for the second race.
6:10- Hot laps are beginning.
*The NeSmith Crate Late Models will each get 2 laps in qualifying. The first lap will count toward feature #1 and the second lap will count toward feature # 2.
Rusty Ballenger and Ryan King are tied in points for the track championship in Crate Late Models and in the national NeSmith Dirt Late Model Series standings. This is the track’s final points night.

Race ran caution free. Ryan King made a three wide bid for the lead as the went through lapped traffic but Chase King held him off. It was a tight race for the 3rd – 6th positions.

Ryan King led all the way ahead of a tight battle for 2nd-4th. He wins the track championship for 2014.

Lap 2 caution for spin. Welshan leads Martin and Cardwell.
Caution on restart for spin by Ridings. Things got pretty bunched up on the start.
Lap 16 caution for Manley with broken suspension piece. Welshan leads Martin and Cardwell.

Welshan led all the way. That was his 29th feature win of the season.

Feature Results: 1. Terry Poore, 2. Clyde Stanton, 3. David Kerr, 4. Wayne Rader, 5. Justin Beeler, 6. Brandon Gardner
Poore led all the way but was challenged throughout by Stanton. Good racing just behind the leaders as well.

Davis took the lead from Watson on lap 13 then had to hold off Rickett the rest of the way in a very competitive race.
Mini Stocks

Heat # 2- 1. John Byers, 2. Chris Griffin, 3. Tommy Metler
Feature Results: 1. John Byers, 2. Michael Courtney, 3. Mike Townsend, 4. Tommy Metler
Byars went the lead early. Courtney started 7th and got to 2nd quickly but was unable to catch the leader.
