InsideDirtRacing.com will be providing live updates from the Cabin Fever 40, which includes Super Late Models as well as other classes, from the Boyd’s Speedway in Ringgold, GA on Saturday afternoon, January 31, 2015. These updates are being provided by Richard Allen( @RichardAllenIDR on Twitter).

Classes in action: Unsanctioned Super Late Models for $3,000-to-win(40 laps); Crate Late Models for $1,000-to-win; A-Hobby for $400-to-win; B-Hobby for $300-to-win; Pony Stocks for $200-to-win.

*Please Note: While every effort will be made to update all events, the primary focus of these updates will be on the Super & Crate Late Models. Should a situation arise in one of those divisions that warrants additional coverage(post-race interview, photos or otherwise), the attention of the updater may be briefly drawn away from other classes. That said, we will provide as much information as possible in both the updates and the final race write-up.

Lap 10- Caution free so far. Hickman leads McIntosh and Cook.

Lap 12 caution for A Martin. Leaders had just caught the tail of the field prior to the yellow. Hickman leads McIntosh, Cook, McCarter, Hedgecock, Pearl, Gifford.

Lap 15 caution for Knowles. The top-2 had broken away after the restart. McIntosh was stalking Hickman but not quite close enough to make a move.

Lap 16 caution for multi-car incident involving Gifford, Denby, Nipper and others. 5th running Welshan has rear end damage and has pulled off. Gifford also out.

Lap 22 caution for Ellis. McIntosh had just passed Hickman for the lead in traffic but had to give the spot back because the lap had not been completed.

Lap 26 caution as 3rd running Cook stalls on track. He is out. Hickman leads McIntosh, McCarter, Hedgecock, Hiett, Morrow, Pearl, Nipper and Ridley.
