Feature Re-cap: The 40-lap feature took the green flag with Owens leading McDowell, Richards, Blair and English. Blair charged forward on the second lap when he passed Richards for third.

Gustin took to the high side of the track just outside of the top-5 as he began working on English. Ultimately, English would maintain that position on the bottom grove.

Blair continued to climb on lap 5 when he passed McDowell for the runner-up position. Richards then took advantage and moved around McDowell for third.

Owens continued to lead just past the halfway point but Blair and McDowell closed onto his rear spoiler as those three machines worked through and around slower traffic.

The first yellow flag of the night waved on lap 34 when Millwood slowed with a flat tire. On the ensuing restart, Richards and Ford got together setting off a chain reaction that sent Gustin for a spin.

Over the closing laps, Owens continued to lead leaving the pack to battle behind him. It was the second consecutive World of Outlaws win for the Newport Nightmare following his victory at Smoky Mountain Speedway on September 2nd.
