Feature Re-cap: When the 55-lap main event got underway it was Feger took the lead with Gundaker, Martin, Erb and Babb mixing it up behind him. Erb moved to third when he passed Martin on the second lap then Babb also moved around Martin for fourth. Further back, Pierce rolled into the top-5.

A lap 6 caution for a flat tire on Shirley’s car slowed the action.

Babb got by Erb for third on lap 7 then moved by Gundaker one lap later for second. Erb seized on the opportunity and also moved around Gundaker for third. Pierce also joined that party as he climbed up to fourth by passing the fading Gundaker.

Erb moved to second then began to harass Feger for the lead just after lap 20 as the lead duo worked traffic. Erb then assumed the top spot on lap 27.

Erb looked to repeat his performance of Friday night as he began to slip away from his pursuers as Babb moved in to fight with Feger for second. Pierce continued to move forward as he moved by Babb for third on lap 38.

Erb’s lead escalated to more than two seconds around the tight track with traffic continuing to be a factor. With six laps remaining, Pierce moved into the runner-up position by getting around Feger.
