RINGGOLD, GA (JANUARY 1, 2017)—The Boyd’s Speedway will be running the CABIN FEVER event as the First Race of the 2017 season Schaeffer Oils sponsored IRON MAN SERIES with CT Promotions.
The Super Late Models will be racing for $3,500-to-win and $350-to-start on Saturday. The entry fee for the Super Late Models division will be $100 per car. Officials from CT Promotions will be on hand to race direct the Super Late Model portion of the program. Transponder rentals for all divisions will be $10.00 per car. Parking on the concrete pads in the pit area for race teams will be $20.00.
The Crate Late Models will be racing for $1,500-to-win and $150-to-start on Saturday. The entry fee for the Crate Late Models division will be $50 per car. Officials from Boyd’s Speedway will be on hand to race direct the Crate Late Model portion of the program. Boyds Speedway 2017 RULES apply to this EVENT.
The Sportsman Late Models will be racing for $1500-to-win and $150 to start with a 15-car minimum to keep purse. The entry fee for Sportsman Late Models division will be $50. Officials from Boyd’s Speedway will race direct the Sportsman Late Model portion of the program. Boyd’s Speedway’s 2017 RULES apply to this EVENT.
The Bruce Bilt Performance Iron Man Open Wheel Modified will be racing for $1,500-to-win and $150-to-start on Saturday. The entry fee for the Open Wheel Modified division will be $50 per car. The 2017 Boyd’s Speedway HOBBY cars will be racing for $500-to-win on Saturday with a 15-car minimum to keep purse. Officials from Boyd’s Speedway will be on hand to race direct the 2017 Hobby division portion of the program. Boyd’s Speedway 2017 Rules apply to this EVENT.
On Saturday January, the pit gates will open at 9:00 am, the grandstand gates will swing open at 10:00 am. The drivers meeting will begin at 12:30 pm and hot laps will roll out immediately afterwards. Adult general admission is $20.00 per person in GRANDSTAND while children 12 and under will be admitted free. Adult pit passes will be $35.00 per person while children 12 and under will be admitted for $10.00.
