Brandon Overton earns National 100 pole

Brandon Overton will start the National 100 from the pole position

One of Dirt Late Model racing’s oldest and most traditional events got underway on Friday night as drivers and teams took the first steps toward setting the feature lineup for the 48th annual National 100 at East Alabama Motor Speedway. At the end of the evening’s preliminary time-trials and heat races it would be Brandon Overton and Austin Horton who would earn front row starting positions for Saturday’s $30,000-to-win feature race at the Phenix City, Alabama venue.

A total of 20 cars were signed in for competition.
