The Ultimate Super Late Model Series will make three visits to east Tennessee in 2016. The series announced its schedule on Thursday at the PRI show in Indianapolis.
The series’ first stop in the area is on April 2 with a $5,000 to win race at Smoky Mountain Speedway. The series returns to SMS on June 18 for another $5,000 to win race.
The final scheduled stop in the area is the annual “Scorcher” at Volunteer Speedway on Thursday, August 18. The race will pay $12,000 to the winner.
All three of those races are also co-sanctioned by the newly formed Battle of the Bluegrass series.
The Ultimate series makes nearby stops at North Georgia Speedway on March 5, Richmond Speedway on April 16, and Duck River Speedway on August 20.
