Daulton Wilson earned the Group B prelim win
Daulton Wilson got off to a fast start in the second of two Monday night preliminary features for the XR Super Series then led all the way to score the win at Off Road Speedway. The two preliminary races held on Monday would serve as lead-ins to Tuesday night’s $100,000-to-win main event,
The top-5 finishers in the feature would be locked into Tuesday night’s feature.
The Longhorn Chassis driver from Fayetteville, NC earned $5,000 from the track located in Norfolk, Nebraska in a race shown live by XRevents.plus.
A total of 28 cars were signed in for competition.

Feature Re-cap: When the green flag waved over the 25-lap feature it was Wilson who went to the early lead followed by Thornton, Dennis Erb Jr., Clanton and O’Neal. On lap 5 it was O’Neal who would move forward by passing Clanton for fourth. At the same time, Thornton moved to the inside groove to challenge Wilson for the race lead.
Throughout the race, Clanton, O’Neal and Sheppard battle for positions 4 through 6 with O’Neal eventually coming out on top.
Once he held back the attempt by Thornton to take the lead, Wilson would go on to lead the rest of the way ultimately claiming the feature victory.
