Below is a quick summary of the various touring series that have visited the east Tennessee area during this season. The current leaders in the standings for each is listed as well as the races that remain on the 2017 racing schedule for that tour.
Southern All Star Dirt Racing Series: The Southern All Stars have only one race remaining on their 2017 schedule and that is coming this weekend in the shadow of NASCAR’s biggest track as the series visit’s Alabama’s Talladega Short Track which sits near the massive Talladega Super Speedway.
Series Standings– Austin Horton leads the series standings with 1090 points with Tristan Sealy(962) and Eric Hickerson(936) trailing.
Remaining Races– October 14 at Talladega Short Track($4,000-to-win)
Carolina Clash: The Carolina Clash tour has two events still to go on a schedule that will give fans an opportunity to take in racing action up to the weekend preceding the Thanksgiving holiday.
Series Standings- Zack Mitchell leads the Carolina Clash standings with 1193 points with Michael Brown(1125) and Johnny Pursley(1023) just behind.
Remaining Races– October 14 at Carolina Speedway($5,000-to-win)
November 19 at Cherokee Speedway($15,000-to-win)
Ultimate Super Late Model Series: The Ultimate tour has two races remaining after having completed 18 events thus far. This series will also stretch into the weekend leading up to Thanksgiving.
Series Standings– Tyler Millwood leads the series with 509 points ahead of Jason Welshan(480) and Dennis Franklin(448).
Remaining Races– October 21 at Modoc Raceway($4,000-to-win)
November 17-18 at Screven Motor Speedway($5,000-to-win)
Southern Nationals Bonus Series: This series, which runs under Ray Cook’s Southern Nationals umbrella of racing tours, has the busiest fall season still remaining with four features still to be contested.
Series Standings– Donald McIntosh has a relatively comfortable advantage over David Payne by a 1846 to 1630 points lead.

October 21 at Blue Ridge Motorsports Park($4,000-to-win)
October 28 at Senoia Raceway($11,000-to-win)
November 17-18 at Boyd’s Speedway(TBA)
Iron-Man Late Model Series: The Chris Tilley run series has one race remaining on its 2017 schedule. This series runs hand-in-hand with the Brucebilt Iron-Man Modified Series.
Series Standings– Carder Miller leads the Iron-Man standings over Joey Standridge and Levi Ashby.
